New year Resolution

1. Sleep early, before 1am
2. 7hours of Sleep IS sufficient;
3. & thus waking up early too
4. Do not Snooze the alarm clock ( remove silence mode when sleeping )
5. Wake up on time
6. Do not be late, ( at the most 30mins )
7. 3 hours of work activities daily. (20hours a week)
8. Going for church once a month
9. Jogging once a month
10. Finish one good book, 3months
11. Two dota game at the most
12. Every Saturday is an Office Day
13. Do the morning rituals
14. Spending more time with families
15. Learning 1 new word and 1 idiom daily
