Fish SPa! Soo kewl~

Raymond meeting
Raymond's Lesson Learnt.
Been awhile since I hear him speak differently. Usually they were old, repeated. Today however, hes "updated"

Now, some useful stuffs.

1) Usually, people justify us. What are they justifying us against. The answer: Their own standards. Do not let the others put you down.

2) Somethings to be mentally prepared to succeed.
Hardworking
Discipline
Beliefs
Habits

3) HESITATION. We always hesitate. WHY?

Lester's Dissapointment
You don’t see how I treat this as my CAREER. It is a career, not job.
How disappointed I am.
Makes me wonder how, as a friend, I am to you.
Who was there for you when you were feeling the most down?
Who was there alongside you when you were so cold, when nothing can calm you?
Well, what I ask is just a little bit of RESPECT, and TRUST.

I am sorry to say, unless you justify your actions. An invincible wall lies erected between the both of us.

I have to move on.

The China's Paddler won!
We snip a second. This will spurs a burning motivation for futures athletic from Singapore. I'm proud of the Silver ^^

(BEIJING, August 17) -- The first gold medal ever for the Table Tennis Team event went to China at the Peking University Gymnasium, Sunday, August 17. The silver medal went to Singapore who staged a hard fight against the determined host.

Olympic veteran Wang Nan of China played the first match against Singapore's Feng Tianwei winning 3-1. World No. 1 Zhang Yining (CHN) faced a determined Li Jiawei (SIN) in the second match. After losing the first game to Li, Zhang found her pace and ultimately overtook the Singaporean 3-1. In the doubles match, China's Zhang Yining joined forces with teammate Guo Yue and claimed a 3-0 victory.

The win had not come as easy as hoped. With Chinese President Hu Jintao and International Olympic Committee President Jacques Rogge among the cheering crowd, the pressure for the Chinese team to win was tremendous.

Terence and Kexin
This is bothering me abit.

Im level-headed. I do not take sides.

For fuck sake, it is her blog, an online diary. It is where people publish their thoughts and feelings! The least you can do is to leave her alone.
It is NOT consensual. Constantly hurling insults at her. It is not.

I think you're taking it a little too far now. Yes, I am clueless to why you are doing this. See, you do not justify your actions and you do not want to.

Now do me a favor~ I really do not wish to see the r/s as a friend between the both of you strain futher. Stop posting on her tag. If there is something I can do to help the both of you resolve this issue, I will be more than gladly to offer my service.

P.S.
Both of you are my beloved friend

What is Insurance

Insurance, in law and economics, is a form of risk management primarily used to hedge against the risk of a contingent loss. Insurance is defined as the equitable transfer of the risk of a loss, from one entity to another, in exchange for a premium. An insurer is a company selling the insurance. The insurance rate is a factor used to determine the amount, called the premium, to be charged for a certain amount of insurance coverage. Risk management, the practice of appraising and controlling risk, has evolved as a discrete field of study and practice.

Risk management is a structured approach to managing uncertainty related to a threat, a sequence of human activities including: risk assessment, strategies development to manage it, and mitigation of risk using managerial resources.

The strategies include transferring the risk to another party, avoiding the risk, reducing the negative effect of the risk, and accepting some or all of the consequences of a particular risk.

Some traditional risk managements are focused on risks stemming from physical or legal causes (e.g. natural disasters or fires, accidents, death and lawsuits). Financial risk management, on the other hand, focuses on risks that can be managed using traded financial instruments.

The objective of risk management is to reduce different risks related to a preselected domain to the level accepted by society. It may refer to numerous types of threats caused by environment, technology, humans, organizations and politics. On the other hand it involves all means available for humans, or in particular, for a risk management entity (person, staff, organization).

Law of Equivalent Trade. Some heard of, some never had. Well, something I picked up years back from an animation. Corny however so True. I remember so many years back when this blog was erected from dust, the very name I gave to it was this. And till now, I so still find it befitting.

Theres simply so much things for me to do. Im so restricted to my 24hrs. I have less time to spend with family. Less time for friends. Less time for fun. Less time for study. Less time for work. Well I need to find my balance, sort out my priorities and set my goals and QUIT procrastinating.
