Disclaimer: Sry My class, this blog post is not anything bout schoool but feel free to read, btw my blog only class 21 knows abt it ;) Today I Attended the Half Annually Meeting 2day. Invited 2 speakers to share with us. It was not so much of a satisfaction. I didnt really learn much escpecially from the "legendary performer" idk know why we have to invite her to speak, the managers and boss can do a better job. After the meeting the whole RLO went to ECP. The guys played soccer, I wasnt properly attired but heck, joined and play as keeper and defender. Kinda fierce~ running around. I'm not used to a sprinting sports~ nah excuse... weak already, stamina poor.It was really cool yah? After which went for the BBQ. Im glad however I learn something from "Mr S" 2day. Very helpful, thought me some really useful stuffs and giving me motivation and encouragement. (body language, mirroring, rapport, line the dots) <--sry whoever reading who cant understand. Just some notes I like to pen. At the end of the day, I thanked him with a sms and this is what he replied "I'm glad I did a small part in giving you some hints on how to survive in this career. There'll be more to come. when I first joined, some kind souls outside this office thought me some stuff too. So i believe in paying it forward. When u become a senior, this debt is for you to pay forward too =)" I felt quite touched. And motivated yet again and is determine to work harder. Maybe the day will come when I pass my knowledge to some1 who needs them. Maybe its not a maybe, there will be that day... I am also constantly reminded by Mr S to stay humble and always willing to learn and go the extra mile. Thanks Bro, thanks once again. Even though u cant see this. Had a really long chat with my dad just now~ Its about some CPF issues and stuffs. Naggy Naggy~ but I know whats he getting at. Haha~ I will never tell him this but in this post I wanna say, I love u DAD!! ________________________________________________________________________________ I am not starting out very smoothly in my career. Facing many obstacles but Im gonna overcome these hurdles one by one... Facing discouragement here and there but I know I can do it and I will prove it!
